- Administrator in School
- Parents of each Student.
- Public Users

1. Administrator |
|
The administrator
is the base level user who is
responsible for the functionality of
the whole system. Administrator
performs the initial settings,
setting up flash new and notice
board, students’ details entry and
their examination/monthly reports.
The locally available data is then
uploaded to web server so that the
information is available to the
parents. The administrator is
responsible for taking data backups
on occasional basis. |

2. Parents |
|
Along with a
public user privilege, each parent
will get a unique username and
password from administrator so that
he/she can view their ward details
such as examination report, monthly
reports, and attendance reports
through the official website of the
school. |

3. Public |
|
Public user is a
normal internet user who visits the
school website in order to get the
information about the school.
